Work/live studio vacancies: High House
What’s available
- One work/live studio in our High House building, Purfleet
- Available from approx. Mid July 2025, for three years
- Rent is £710 PCM plus electric and council tax (rent fixed until 2029)
- Rent includes water, maintenance, management, building insurance, WIFI and communal cleaning.
Building access
The building has level access throughout. A large passenger/goods lift serves all floors. There are two disabled parking spaces outside the building.
Acme is committed to ensuring its buildings are physically accessible wherever practical. Regarding applications to the High House work/live we will consider an artist’s needs and any adaptations required in consultation with the individual.
Building location
The building is part of the High House Production Park (HHPP). It’s not a residential area but consists of workshops focused on creative production. These include the Royal Opera House set production workshop, Royal Opera House costume store and the Backstage Centre, alongside Acme’s artist studios.
It’s located in the borough of Thurrock, near the M25 Dartford crossing and the A13. The nearest station is Purfleet (C2C line).
