Madeleine Amsler is an art historian and curator based in Geneva, Switzerland. Since completing an internship at the Mamco, Madeleine has worked at the Cabinet des estampes, the Fine Arts Department of the Musée d'art et d'histoire and as a co-director of the contemporary art space, Forde.

Madeleine co-curated the festival Who's Afraid of Performance Art?, Geneva, 2011 and is the co-founder and co-director of the Embassy of Foreign Artists, a residence for foreign artists. She is regularly invited to juries of diplomas at the Geneva School of Art (HEAD). Madeleine is also a regular contributor to the magazine Kunstbulletin and co-organizes the performance art festival .perf. with Marie-Eve Knoerle.

Aargauer Kuratorium, Switzerland

Aargauer Kuratorium has worked in partnership with Acme to develop and provide a London-based artists' residency since 1999. Based in Bow, E3, the residency enables a wide spectrum of practitioners connected with the Canton of Aargau, Switzerland, to undertake two six month long work/live residencies per year. Artist application and selection are conducted directly by Aargauer Kuratorium.
