Ursina Gabriela Roesch is a multi-media conceptual artist who uses layering and channels of perception (audio, visual and text) to produce complex and stimulating exhibitions, installations and performances. A recurring theme is the barrage of images, sound and texts that we experience in our individual environments, store and carry in our heads and bodies. In 2001, she founded URGArtproductions ltd., a company dedicated to pursuing transdisciplinary art form, making work as the CEO.
Aargauer Kuratorium, Switzerland
Aargauer Kuratorium has worked in partnership with Acme to develop and provide a London-based artists' residency since 1999. Based in Bow, E3, the residency enables a wide spectrum of practitioners connected with the Canton of Aargau, Switzerland, to undertake two six month long work/live residencies per year. Artist application and selection are conducted directly by Aargauer Kuratorium.
