Christina Zulauf is a Swiss photographer and filmmaker. Born in Lucerne, Christina held various trainee positions in photography throughout Switzerland before turning to journalism and interpretation, working in Germany and Russia.
In 2002, Christina started work on three Short Feature Films, Das Passphoto, Vanja, and Der Ausflug, which showed at film festivals around the world and were widely awarded. In 2013, Christina entered pre-production for her documentary film Black Mzungu, a film-portrait of her step-father Paulo Ojumaa Ojulo.
Aargauer Kuratorium, Switzerland
Aargauer Kuratorium has worked in partnership with Acme to develop and provide a London-based artists' residency since 1999. Based in Bow, E3, the residency enables a wide spectrum of practitioners connected with the Canton of Aargau, Switzerland, to undertake two six month long work/live residencies per year. Artist application and selection are conducted directly by Aargauer Kuratorium.
