Carolina Stiles aka Linah Rocio is a songwriter, spoken word artist, performer and voice over actress currently residing in Stroud (UK). She is commonly known for the track Love Letter, a spoken word track from the album Armour and the Universe which was featured in the Blank & Jones Compilation Chilltronica No6, Cafe Del Mar, Cafe Abstract and more. Other spoken word releases include spoken word tracks The Burial and Copy Cat which were being featured by German independent music label, Lemongrass in 2020.
Linah Rocio’s EP Keep Your Grace, which she produced together with 14-time Latin Grammy award winner Alvaro Alencar, was shortly after released in July 2020. Other releases are All About Secrets (2010) released by HRP Lucerne, Switzerland, Armour and the Universe (2017) by Linah Rocio & The Lightheared, released by Finland & Aaskoven, Denmark. In 2017 Linah was signed to Aveline Records in London with the album Warrior Talk.
In 2020 Linah voiced the video game La Revacholiare in Disco Elysium: The Final Cut, plus played a main role in BAFTA nominated video game The Falconeer. She is one of the voice talents of The Voice Elysium voice over agency in London.
From February 2023 to August 2024 Linah Rocio recorded her fourth production The Sorceress Dreaming enabling her to work with international musicians from the UK, Switzerland, Austria and Holland, with Dave Ayre (UK -Hans Zimmermann, Joni Mitchell and Paul Mc Cartney) and Eddie Walker (CH Rotosphere, Back From Mars, Gigi Moto) forming the main band.
It was produced, co-arranged and composed by Linah and is due to be released in 2025 under the new artist name Tumahee.
The record shall be mixed by Swiss producer and drummer Simon Kistler (Bligg, Marc Sway, Sina).
Aargauer Kuratorium, Switzerland
Aargauer Kuratorium has worked in partnership with Acme to develop and provide a London-based artists' residency since 1999. Based in Bow, E3, the residency enables a wide spectrum of practitioners connected with the Canton of Aargau, Switzerland, to undertake two six month long work/live residencies per year. Artist application and selection are conducted directly by Aargauer Kuratorium.
