Ann Wulff

Australia Council for the Arts Residency
1997

Ann Wulff was an American artist and educator based in Australia. Since 1990, Ann concentrated on the use of the digital image translated into the media of photography and video, exploring a wide range of concerns and often working across disciplines, including city site-specific projects, collaborative works and uses of new technologies. She used scientific and medical imaging processes in collaboration with research institutes to produce artistic bodies of work.

Exhibitions of her photographic and video work from 1985 to the present have included exhibits in the USA at SF Camerawork Gallery and Aremisa Gallery in Chicago, and in Australia at Chameleon Gallery, Experimental Art Foundation, Canberra Contemporary Art Space, Australian Centre for Photography, Institute of Modern Art and Smith + Stoneley Gallery.
