What’s available

• Three work/live studios in our Glassyard building, Stockwell
• Available from approx. June 2024, for three years
• Each studio's rent is £980 PCM plus electric and council tax (rents fixed until 2029)
• Rent includes water, maintenance, management, building insurance, WIFI and communal cleaning.

Next steps

If you wish to be entered into the draw to view this work/live studio you will need to complete an Expression of Interest and demonstrate eligibility.

Deadline: 12 noon Wednesday 8 May 2024

Once the deadline has passed, names will be selected by a random generator and invitations emailed to those artists.

If you receive an invitation, you will be eligible to book a viewing for one of the following dates:

• Friday 17 May, 10:30am – 12pm
• Saturday 18 May, 12pm – 2:30pm
• Monday 20 May, 4:00pm – 5:30pm
