Listen Here: Abstracts of Childers Street Project Artists Interviews 2021/22
These recordings were made in conversation with artists based in Acme's Childers Street building as part of Acme's ‘Understanding the Value of Artists’ studios’ research project with UCL Bartlett School of Planning. This research is due to be published in February 2022.
In celebration of the artists working in our Childers Street building and to coincide with the opening of Lewisham, London Borough of Culture 2022, Acme commissioned moving image works by three Childers Street artists which were screened on the exterior of the building alongside artist tenants' artwork images and stills, and studio portraits by photographer Tom Carter, on the evening of 28 January 2022.
