Tanja Bykova is a visual artist living and working in Basel, Switzerland.
Tanja uses painting and drawing with inks and watercolours to explore her interest in landscape and perception.
Her work has been presented in solo and group shows at at Gallery Eulenspiegel, Basel (2019); die fensterkuration, Basel (2018); Gallery at Lindenhof, Zurich (2016/2017); Museum Moutier (2013); Gallery Trudelhaus, Baden; Villa Dutoit, Genf; Royal, Baden (all 2012); Gallery Goldenes Kalb, Aarau (2009/2010); Klamt Gallery, Aarau (1997); and Neuenburg and Holderbank (1996).
Aargauer Kuratorium, Switzerland
Aargauer Kuratorium has worked in partnership with Acme to develop and provide a London-based artists' residency since 1999. Based in Bow, E3, the residency enables a wide spectrum of practitioners connected with the Canton of Aargau, Switzerland, to undertake two six month long work/live residencies per year. Artist application and selection are conducted directly by Aargauer Kuratorium.
