Aargauer Kuratorium Residency

Ann Nelson is a Swedish landscape painter who lives and works in Aargau, Switzerland. Ann has been the recipient of several residencies and awards, including a four-month residency in Paris in 2012 supported by then Zürich Canton; and the Pleinair residency at Otto Niemeyer-Holstein Stiftung in Usedom, Germany in 2011.
Ann has recently exhibited solo projects at the Galerie Rosenberg, Zürich (2018 and 2015); Galerie Christoph Abbühl, Solothurn (2014); and KunstRaum R57, Zürich (2013).
Aargauer Kuratorium, Switzerland
Aargauer Kuratorium has worked in partnership with Acme to develop and provide a London-based artists' residency since 1999. Based in Bow, E3, the residency enables a wide spectrum of practitioners connected with the Canton of Aargau, Switzerland, to undertake two six month long work/live residencies per year. Artist application and selection are conducted directly by Aargauer Kuratorium.
