The Role

Acme’s Artist Support team oversee all our studio occupation changes; providing liaison and guidance for artists when they start or end a tenancy with Acme. They also support artists with issues that might arise during their occupation as well as guidance for artists looking for a studio. Artist Support works closely with other Acme teams, especially Property and Rents, to ensure tenant's experience a positive relationship with the organisation.

As Artist Allocations Coordinator you will play a key role, assisting the Artist Allocations Manager with studio vacancies and viewings, and provide administrative support with the studio allocation process. As well as providing administrative support for the Artist Support team, you will be responsible for record keeping and coordinating responses for vulnerable and disabled artists. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to enhance their administration experience within the arts sector.

You will have the following:

  • Good standard of general education to GCSE or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year’s administration experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a diverse range of people
  • Experience of working with a contact management
    database
  • Ability to undertake sole site visits to meet both current and prospective artist tenants
  • Excellent MS office skills – Word and Excel including a proficiency in Outlook
